The quality of work which they could provide is priceless. This has made companies to set up their offices in India.

During the lockdown, the laborers who were working in other states started migrating to their native place but no arrangement has done by the government as this has lead to several deaths and this made them walk several miles with an empty stomach. The government has not taken even a single step to help them as a result lots of laborers died due to hunger and many were pregnant even though they walked for several miles with their kids.

People from other states have to leave their houses and work in another state. Even giving so much value to work the laborers are kicked out by their company owner during lockdown which made them realized that it is useless to work in other states. The consequences of this could lead to an increase in labor cost and it will be difficult for companies people to find the employee.
